Thank you for your interest in forming a
team. Teams are a way for your group to show pride in the
community and support for education. It is through your commitment
that we will be able to provide additional support and resources
to our teachers and students.
- A minimum of 5 participants are needed
to create a team.
- Teams may consist of participants in
both the 8K Run and 5K Fitness Walk.
- All team members "must"
pre-register. No team registrations accepted on race day.
Step 1: Complete

- Mail 2007
Team Registration Form or email requested information.
- Team registration reserves your team
name.
- Returning 2006 teams will have their
team name reserved for the 2007 Race, but MUST complete
a 2007
Team Registration Form.
- Team captain will receive all mailings,
materials, and updates, and be responsible for relaying
information to team members.
- Team captains will receive e-mail or
phone confirmation of team name within five business days
of submitting the completed sign-up form by e-mail, or mail.
Step 2: Recruit Team Members
- Recruit family, friends, co-workers,
and neighbors to join your Team. Be sure to tell them your
team code and team name for registration.
Step 3: Register for the Race
- All team members must individually
register for the race, 8K Run or 5K Fitness Walk.
- It is the captain's responsibility
to inform teammates of their team name.
Step 4: Pose for team

- Team captain is encouraged
to bring team to registration area for a team photo between
7:15 - 8:15 A.M. on race day.

Team prizes will be awarded to the following:
- Fastest Racing Team - 8K Run ONLY
Must have a minimum of 5 teammates registered
in the 8K Run. The top 5 finishers in the 8K Run from
each team will be scored.
- Largest Team
- Craziest Costume
- Most Money Raised
Teams are encouraged, but not required,
to collect donations. Click

Only donations received by race day will count toward
